EMI Records is a label that has always focused on artist development. 2003's re-branding alongside a host of talented new signings marked significant steps in its evolution. They are proud of the pedigree of artists affiliated to EMI Records over the years including Pink Floyd, Kraftwerk, Iron Maiden, Kate Bush, David Gilmour and Robbie Williams. EMI Records has worked with many independent labels in the past but none have been more successful than the partnership with Heavenly Recordings which began in 2000 after nearly a decade of inspirational music making. Another very successful partnership is with the Positiva imprint. Started in 1993, it is one of the longest running and most recognised dance labels in the UK.
