EMI SUCCESS IN BEST COMPANIES POLL

LONDON, 6 MARCH 2005

A new survey of the country’s best companies to work for has named EMI Music UK as the 4th highest ranked media company and the 39th best overall.

The report, ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’, which is backed by the UK government and published by The Sunday Times, surveyed employees about where they worked and placed EMI:

• No.7 in the ‘Stimulated By The Job’ category
• No.8 in the ‘Proud To Work Here’ category
• No.10 in the ‘Would Miss This Place’ category
• And EMI Music UK head Tony Wadsworth No.10 in the ‘Most Highly Rated Boss’ category.
