Coaching & Appraisals

Even though we offer training, nothing quite beats the value of coaching from a manager. At EMI we have a formal appraisal system which is carried out once a year with regular interim reviews for every employee. It's an opportunity for the manager and individual to sit down without being disturbed and really talk about the job, performance, aspirations and plans. Add to that, day to day feedback and coaching, and we're onto a winner!
