Finance
The Finance department is a focal point of the record company. It is made up of the following divisions; Financial Accounts, Credit Control, Copyright & Release information, Royalties and Business Support. Not only is it responsible for the control of day to day finances, payment of company invoices and collection of cash, but it administers all the income from sales and licensing from which it calculates the royalties due to the artists and their producers and publishers. Finance is also responsible for providing financial support to various departments in respect of profit and cost centre management, budgets, strategic plans and forecasting.
