Human Resources

The Human Resources department is an integral part of the business as it primarily works to improve the effectiveness of the company by developing EMI's most valuable asset - it's employees. The department is responsible for broadening the scope of the company by actively encouraging employee involvement and commitment to the objectives of the organisation. On a day to day level HR are responsible for providing full support to the organisation concerning recruitment, employee relations, pay and benefits, training and development and performance management. In addition, the Human Resources department is responsible for advising on legal issues such as maternity rights and employment law.
