EMI is committed to support individuals to progress their career within the company. Not only do we have systems and the right attitude to help people progress, but being part of a larger organisation means it's also possible to move from one division to another, or even to another country!

We actively encourage inter-department moves and have many examples of people who've transferred from, say, sales to a label, or from finance to human resources. If there's any need for training in order to help get settled in the new role then the company will support it.
