Training
We spend a lot of time and money on training as we believe it's an important part of any individuals' development. Training at EMI can take the form of formal externally run courses such as Presentation Skills or internally run seminars like Finance for Non-Finance Managers. We also develop courses in conjunction with external trainers so that we get the best of both worlds, an example of which is our People Management series. Additionally there are a lot of people studying for professional qualifications in marketing or finance, which the company sponsors.
